What to Do 

New students enrolling in Adult High School, General Education Development Preparation (GED), and English as a Second Language (ESL) courses are required to complete the New Student Noncredit Orientation. You will not be able to register for these courses until you complete the orientation online. Note: You are not required to complete the Noncredit orientation again if you have already completed it as a prior Noncredit student in one of these programs.

More About the Orientation 

The online orientation provides helpful information about the Noncredit Division, Adult High School, GED, and ESL programs, student services, registration procedures, student education plans, college policies, and other campus information.

Here are a few tips for navigating the orientation:

  • The orientation is not timed. For most students, it will take about 30 minutes to complete this orientation online.
  • Use the arrows in the lower right corner to move to the next page.
  • Be sure to have your speakers turned on for audio/video supplemental tools.
  • You may leave the orientation at any time.  We will remember where you left off.
